How to experience this session
This session is built progressively.
The opening with the gong creates an entry threshold: it serves to gradually shift the attention from the mind to the body. The sound may be intense in the first few minutes, but it's part of the process.
This is followed by a central phase entirely dedicated to Tibetan singing bowls, designed to promote continuity, stability and deep relaxation.
The closure accompanies integration through more fluid and enveloping sounds, allowing the body to assimilate the experience naturally.
