How to experience this session

This session is a short guided practice designed to prepare the body for listening.

Through simple and conscious movements, it helps to release tension and create a more stable and available condition before the sound sessions.

It's optional: you can use it as an introduction to the journey or as a stand-alone moment when you feel the need to relax your body.

No yoga experience is required. Follow the indicated pace and listen to your sensations, without forcing yourself.
