Each session lasts 25 minutes and is constructed as a progressive journey , designed to accompany the body from activation to release, up to final integration.
It's not background music , but a guided listening experience.
The structure is always the same, to allow the body to recognize it and trust it:
Opening – Gong (about 3 minutes)
The gong opens the session by creating an entry threshold .
The sound is broad, deep, enveloping: it serves to shift attention from the mental to the physical plane, interrupt the flow of thoughts and prepare for listening.
Central body – Tibetan singing bowls (about 12 minutes)
The signing bowls are the heart of the session.
The vibrations are stable and continuous, promoting deep relaxation, centering and continuity , allowing the body to relax and enter a more receptive state of listening.
Characterizing Instrument – Monochord, Handpan, Shruti box, Swinging chimes, Koshi chimes, Shamanic drum (6–8 minutes)
At this stage, an instrument with a specific sound quality comes into play, which is different in each session.
Here the sound introduces different emotional and perceptual nuances : openness, softness, expansion or lightness, supporting the release and making each session unique while maintaining the same structure.
Closing – Sea Drum and Seed Rattle (final minutes)
The session ends with more fluid and natural sounds, dedicated to integration .
It is the moment in which the body assimilates the experience, without forcing it,
accompanied towards a state of calm and stability.
How to experience listening
Each session can be listened to multiple times , at different times.
Some sessions are more relaxing, others more recharging: the body recognizes what it needs.
It is not a path to be “finished”, but to be used over time , according to one's own pace.
Lie down, close your eyes and begin the journey.
