DOMENICO D'AGOSTINO

“Over 30 years of real practice, transmitted and shared with hundreds of people.”

Domenico D'Agostino has been a yoga teacher and sound researcher for over thirty years.

His journey began with music: he was introduced to the drums as a child, developing a deep connection with rhythm and sound, a connection he has never abandoned. At the same time, at a young age, he began a journey of inner exploration that led him to yoga and meditation.

Between 1992 and 1996, she trained as a teacher with the Italian Yoga Federation, subsequently completing a specialization course at the International Yoga Research Institute in Milan. Since then, she has taught Raja Yoga, the classical form of yoga, which focuses on the mind, presence, and meditation.

Over the past fifteen years, sound has become an integral part of his practice. For him, Tibetan singing bowls and harmonic instruments represent the natural meeting point between music and yoga: not as entertainment, but as tools for listening, awareness, and integration.

In 2023, he further deepened his work on harmony and vibrations through a training course dedicated to the conscious use of harmonic instruments, with the illustrious Albert Rabenstein.

Today, Domenico offers guided sound experiences that combine intensity and listening, movement and integration. His approach is essential, free of artificial promises or suggestions: sound is not used to "cover up," but to accompany a genuine process of presence and rebalancing.

What it offers is an experience to be experienced, not a performance to be observed.
